DESCRIPTION:
Yellow receives pass from Red and runs with the
ball through the cones. Green and White make split runs to be targets. Red and
Blue become targets. Repeat exercise.
PURPOSE:
To encourage players to use good movement and to
play give and goes. The drill is designed to rotate around the drill area.
ORGANISATION:
Area needs to be 50 - 60 x 25 meters, with cones
placed centrally, about 8 meters apart. Use 5 players.
